At FramersIsland.com, we pride ourselves in quickly processing all orders. Most orders are shipped from our Michigan distribution center within 1-2 business days. We often ship the same or next business day after the order is received. Most orders are sent using Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery. Express shipping is available on all orders, just email us for a quote or request express shipping in the comments box during checkout. For most orders, tracking information is automatically emailed by the shipping company directly to our customer, with estimated delivery date, tracking information, etc.
All items on our website are normally in stock, except for some dry mount presses and C&H cutters. Dry mount presses and C&H cutters normally ship direct from the factory within a few days. Ground shipping is free on all orders of $150 or more, that are being shipped within the lower 48 US states. Shipping & handling is only $7.95 for orders less than $150, that are being shipped to the lower 48 US states using Fedex ground. Orders being shipped to a PO box, an APO/FPO address, Alaska , Hawaii , any US territory, or any foreign country are NOT shipped free. After placing your order, we will contact you with shipping cost to these locations. We will hold the order until you approve the shipping costs.
Returns are accepted if the item is returned within 30 days of the date you received the it. You must email us for return authorization and shipping address before returning any item. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any return valued at $500 or more. Special order items are not returnable. All shipping charges are paid by the customer, and are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund. Foamboard is not returnable, because if it is shipped more than once it will no longer be in new condition.
If you receive any shipment with damage, please contact us and we will fix the problem immediately. If any item has a missing part, a manufacturing defect, or needs warranty service, you may contact the manufacturer directly for prompt assistance. Or, you may also email us and we will make sure your problem is solved quickly at no expense to you. |
